Artistic Assistance Final Reporting

Upon completion of an Artistic Assistance project, recipients should submit a written final report, including a detail of budget expenditures based on the initial proposed budget. This report must be submitted within 30-days of the completion of your
proposed activities.  (Please use the form attached below.)

You will receive a check for the final 10% of your project funds within 2 weeks of receipt of your report.

Note: Reports that provide good examples of the Artistic Assistance program in action tend to end up here.  Please don't write anything in your article that you don't want published.
