To facilitate an open dialogue with individuals (artists, activists, educators, scholars, administrators and other cultural workers) in the Atlanta area in order to identify and discuss community needs
To use Arts Integration strategies as a means for participants to engage with each other in order to identify and develop the resources necessary for fulfilling the stated community needs
To share the principles of working with community as developed through Resources for Social Change as a tool for developing positive and sustainable community partnerships
Objectives:
To specifically identify participants' community needs in order to gain understanding of how participants might already be connected inter-connected among each other
To identify obstacles that hinder community growth in order to develop strategies for overcoming these obstacles
To identify potential sustainable partnerships and new models for addressing participants' community needs
