Forum Permissions for RSC

We have discussed having certain forums that are private to RSC members only.  The current thinking about this is that, because of the organizations culture of transparency and values of non-hierarchy, that restricting these conversations here is not a good idea. 

The RSC has a list already  (listserv) and if there are private discussions that want to happen, the listserv is the best tool for that.
