The planning process surfaced a number of strategic challenges and opportunities which ROOTS is excited to address. Seven “Capstones” have been identified, each with specific Strata-G’s (layers of action supporting the Capstone) and three-year outcomes to be used to evaluate the efficaciousness of the activities outlined in the plan. The Capstones intentionally straddle and support one another. Key (but not comprehensive) accomplishments for Years 1 (2010), 2 (2011) and 3 (2012) indicate the change, which should be evident at Annual Meetings. A detailed operational plan is available as a separate document. The continuation, addition or conclusion of programs, activities and processes has been determined against these Strata-G’s.

4 – Ensure Economic Stability

5 – Deepen the Member Experience

6 – Share our Practices, History, Experience and Values
