closing down the fiscal year

Dear ExCom and RSC Members,

ROOTS fiscal year ends on December 31, 2009.  I would like to have all outstanding bills (including requests for reimbursement) in to the office by December 15 so that they can be paid within the fiscal year.  Please let me know if you're having any trouble tracking down paperwork or receipts and we'll see what we can do.
