Gateway ProductionsAbout the Group:
Gateway Performance Productions offers performances, classes and workshops that provide opportunities for meaningful community engagement. The company is known for its original stage productions for all ages that celebrate the human spirit with drama, dance, mime, masks, puppetry and music. Each is written, choreographed and directed by Sandra Hughes with hand-carved museum quality masks created by Michael Hickey.

Current Projects:
Gateway has performed in urban and rural communities in 36 states in the United States and 13 other countries. Venues include theatres, art centers, festivals, schools, colleges, universities, community centers, senior centers, churches, hospitals and a variety of other non-traditional performance spaces. The company has been on the Alternate ROOTS Tour and Residency Roster since its inception over 20 years ago.

  • Single Performance: $750- $3,000
Residencies:
  • 1 day (2 activities): $1000 – 3200
  • 2 days (4 activities): $1500 – 5000
  • 3 days (6 activities): $2250 – 6600
  • 4 days (8 activities): $3000 – 8000
  • 5 days (10 activities): $3750 – 9500
